This position works with multiple providers and over twenty physicians adapting and managing all billing and AR for the company. This position will have the opportunity to adapt, build, and develop a team! The Revenue Cycle Manager must be able to interface well with physicians, instill trust in the billing department, and motivate the team! Assignments include but are not limited to: -Overseeing a team of ten - billers, physician education, AR, and payment posting -Develop and set goals to increase incoming revenue -Educate physician on billing changes, updates to claims submission, and documenting processes This is a Monday-Friday position, contract to full time, salary is DOE.
