Software engineering Engineer in Test (SDET) Position description CoStar Group's Business for Sale marketplaces' technology platform is being modernized from ground-up (AngularJS, API, Microservices, and Big Data). To help with that effort, we are looking for a Software engineering Engineer in Test (SDET) in our San Francisco office. The SDET will be engaged in all phases of the software engineering lifecycle which include; gathering and analyzing user/business system requirements, contribute to the planning and estimating of LOE, writing and testing of features/bugs, and running tests prior to and after deployments. The perfect applicant should be a self-starter with solid hands-on background in building automation tools/infrastructure from the ground-up. The applicant will create robust comprehensive test plans to verify functionality of the full technology stack. We are looking for a well-rounded applicant with solid issue solving skills.
