The IT Applications Specialist is responsible for overall functional and technical ability to support our Order Management System (OMS), Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Transportation Management System (TMS). The ideal candidate is a high character IT professional with effective communication, analytical and computer skills. Responsibilities: * Subject Matter Expert (SME) on order management, warehouse and transportation processes. * Modify, enhance and improve OMS, WMS and TMS applications and integrations. * Manage vendor relationships, performance and service level agreements. * Analyze, design, build test and debug technical enhancements and features. * Advise on proper use of applications and business processes. * Assist in the creation of training and testing documentation. * Point of contact for escalated technical support issues. * Work with relational databases such as SQL * Champion fluid communication, collaboration, continuous learning and improvement.
