San Diego office of our client seeks associate attorney with 5-10 yrs of background in education or labor law. The applicant will prepare, research and draft legal documents on behalf of clients. Will advise clients on business and legal transactions. Represent clients in negotiations, litigation, and administrative matters. Comply with all legal standards and regulations. Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law. Should preferably have union/labor negotiation background. School and/or union background is a definite plus. This law firm was founded very recently with over 2 decades of background representing public entities. Their areas of practice include management, labor, collective bargaining, student issues, and construction.
