Civil Litigation and Trial Attorney - (San Diego, CA)

San Diego office of our client seeks civil litigation and trial attorney with 1-6yrs of background. The applicant will negotiate, litigate, and try own cases. Will involve full caseload management including client communication, settlement negotiations, law and motion, routine travel around California, and co-chairing jury trials in a fast-paced environment. This law firm exclusively handles cases related to California's lemon law. The firm is located in California.Additional Skills: The applicant must have the desire to prosecute and win jury trials, a strong work ethic, excellent writing and communication expertise, work well in a fast-paced autonomous environment, and come from a well-respected law school, preferably USD Law or comparable.
