The applicant will maintain and organize a case load, conduct discovery (interrogatories, depositions, Request for Production) properly monitor the case calendar, negotiate and draft settlement negotiations, and be able to adequately keep the client informed about the status of the case. Must have State and Federal court knowledge. Must be in good standings with the Florida Bar.
