Albany office of our client seeks litigation defense associate attorney with 7yrs of background. The applicant will assist with all phases of complex litigation in defense of personal injury matters from initial file review for issues of liability and damages, through written discovery, depositions, discovery and dispositive motions and appeals, and trial.Additional Skills: The applicant must have excellent writing, research, verbal communication, advocacy and time-management expertise and be independent self-starters.
