SENIOR RESIDENTIAL ADDICTIONS COUNSELORS (Full-time) The Finger Lakes Addictions Counseling & Referral Agency, Inc. Finger Lakes Addictions Counseling and Referral Agency (FLACRA) is a growing, not-for-profit substance abuse treatment provider with decades of background and multiple program locations throughout the Finger Lakes Region. We are currently expanding services which include outpatient, residential, crisis center, vocational, housing and youth services. Position open in Farmington, NY. Responsible for the development of a comprehensive evaluation, phone screens, development and implementation of individual client service plans, ensuring that plans are initiated; provide follow-up and modification as necessary. Assure that record keeping is in compliance with agency and OASAS regulations and policy & procedures. Must be available day and evenings shifts will include Saturday and / or Sunday hours. Valid NYS Drivers' License. Shift Differential. Generous benefits package for Full and Part-time.
