Overview This entry level research istant will work on research projects within the Center for Translational Research in Mobility and Falls at the Marcus Insute for Aging Research, Hebrew SeniorLife. This position will involve isting with study start-up activities, recruitment, and data collection for studies using noninvasive brain stimulation in older adults who have fallen. Responsibilities Under the supervision of the Project Director, carry out research activities on various studies related to the effects of noninvasive brain stimulation (transcranial direct current stimulation) on balance, mobility, cognition, and falls in older adults. Learn and comply with HIPAA regulations regarding the use of Protected Health Info within clinical research studies. ist in the recruitment, scheduling and retention of study participants. Conduct screening procedures over the phone as well as in person, and obtain informed consent from research participants.
