Position: UX Research Analyst - Great Longterm Freelance Gig! Location: Woodland Hills Starts: Interviewing Now! Working closely with the Director of Product, the UX Research Analyst will be responsible for the testing and optimization of web siteproducts, conducting UX research to understand customer needs, manage the planning and execution of A/B + multivariate testing, implement user testing plans, analyze results and more! Required: - Understanding of HCI principles, usability + accessibility - 3+ years in a UX Research or IA role - Background with A/B, multivariate and user testing - Skilled within Optimizely, Adobe Target, CrazyEgg, etc. - Knowledge of HTML, Wordpress and WP plugins - Performing analysis of key metrics This is a great onsite freelance opportunity for 3 mons but could extend for the right applicant!
