Responsible for testing novel therapeutics drugs in the cell lines in 2D as well as 3D (agar) proliferation ays. Maintain carbon dioxide incubators, water baths and ist with the ordering of reagents and laboratory supplies. Aliquot serums and prepare 10XPBS saline buffer. Responsible for general laboratory duties such as responsible for the delivery of any supplies, copy daily processing results, and prepare media for tissue culture.
