Research istant 3 PTNE - (Cleveland, OH)

POSITION OBJECTIVE Working under limited supervision, the research istant 3 is responsible for coordinating the screening, enrollment, and collection of data for a research project that involves parents caring for technology-dependent children in their home. Data collection will occur in a private place of the parent's choosing (i.e., home, public library). Working closely with the principal investigator, the research istant will provide input and recommendations on overall study direction, addressing key issues in recruitment, retention, data collection, and other substantive issues. In collaboration with the research team, the research istant will monitor and revise data collection tools and procedures as warranted and ist the Principal Investigator with data management. The research istant will communicate with clinical staff at the recruitment sites, ure human subjects' compliance, and supervise students participating as part of a research practicum, and address problems that may occur.
