Temp, IT Development & QA - (Waunakee, WI)

The IT Development/QA position must provide both guidance and support by delivering timely and accurate product testing, problem identification, research, and documentation. This person will also play a part on development and steering teams and must be capable of operating in cross-functional meetings, when required, with tact and finesse. This role will provide direct support to end users both on-site and remote, as well as perform functionality testing and documentation of our critical, customer facing, product configuration website . S/he will be expected to learn, test, and document software, design plans, configurations, architecture and testing processes, results and remediations. This self-starting, customer facing, position is instrumental in ensuring the efficiency of our workforce by maximizing the availability and responsiveness of technical resources, and providing documentation to streamline troubleshooting and response efforts.
