Employee Type: Full time Location: SC Columbia Job category: Quality urance Job Posting le: QA Technician Job description: The QA Technician will perform the necessary procedures to monitor the quality of in-process and packaged products, as well as incoming additives (ingredients) for in-process pasta. The QA Technician will also perform the required procedures related to non-compliance issues in these areas. This position will interact with all plant personnel and must have good oral and written skills in order to communicate deviations from standards and corrective actions. Responsibilities: Conduct sampling and auditing of processing and packaging lines. Perform visual inspection and analytical testing of in-process and packaged products (including lab samples for retention storage, and finished products in warehouse storage). Update laboratory computer software database (ARAS, CDC) with test in a timely manner.
