Experienced Production Operator - (Greenville, SC)

Perform a variety of tasks to produce quality products, meeting or exceeding productivity goals, and operating machinery correctly. 1. Perform the following necessary tasks to produce foam products: assemble, glue, cut, print, fold, press, inflate, seal, label and pack, consistently meeting or exceeding productivity goals. 2. Verify that product is being made properly and conforms to quality standards. 3. Minimize scrap through proper and careful handling of materials. 4. Correctly set up and operate production machinery according to instructions. 5. Accurately complete and maintain all necessary paperwork. 6. Rotate positions as assigned. 7. Notify supervision or maintenance of machinery problems or breakdowns. 8. Maintain a clean and orderly work area. 9. Support Quality Policy, Quality System, and follow established procedures. Propose changes to existing procedures through supervisor, understanding that changes cannot be implemented prior to formal approval in the Quality System.
