Swati Goorha Designs is looking for a part time Design Administrator- willing to work 3 days a week. We are looking for someone with a positive outlook, fast learner who can work in a quick paced environment. Swati Goorha designs is a full-service interior design firm with a faced paced environment. We are looking for a detail oriented, organized with a positive outlook who will become part of our team and grow in it. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES - Be responsible for providing weekly status reports and be prepared to discuss the status of all orders on all projects at weekly staff meetings - Expertise to work with many different people on each project for multiple projects Team member - College diploma required - Heavy vendor and client contact by phone and by e-mail - Must be extremely organized with excellent follow-through skills, this is very important - Expertise to prepare and explain efficient and written instructions and communication - Must have excellent attention for info-Strong work ethic
