SAP Senior Architect (Retail) - (Deerfield, IL)

ResponsibilitiesJob Summary The SAP Architect (Retail) is responsible for defining, developing and communicating the target architecture for SAP Retail solutions. They are a subject matter expert for their product domain. They work at a global level with stakeholders, identifying where SAP Retail solutions can support the business and defining the technology roadmap. They work as part of the SAP CoE Architecture team, and collaborate closely with global and local IT teams to inform and shape enterprise wide roadmaps and to ensure already defined standards are deployed within their domain. The SAP Architect validates all work estimates produced for their domain. Defines IT architecture to ensure that the organization's IT solutions are built within a consistent framework and aligned to strategy. Implements and may lead activities that generally impact multiple components / processes and the work of own and possibly other teams.
