Job Number: R0049951 Cisco Unified Communications Engineer Key Role: Administer CUCM, CUC, CUE, UCCE, and UCCX. Troubleshoot complex system issues for end user resolution, acting as a Tier II support to independently analyze, solve, and correct issues in real time and provide end-to-end problem resolution. Manage multiple network infrastructure projects and operational tasks concurrently. Configure and maintain LAN, voice, and data networks and install, configure, upgrade, and troubleshoot Cisco routers and switches. Configure and maintain standard QoS templates across all network devices. Perform analysis of network needs and contribute to the design of network architecture, integration, and installation. Evaluate local area network hardware and software qualifications and capabilities and make recommendations.
