Seeking up-and-coming quality urance engineer able to inspire personnel in quality improvement efforts and quality manufacturing. Requirements: *** Experience working with quality systems; able to perform key functions in an ISO 9001 certified environment. *** Bachelors degree or equivalent in Engineering discipline. *** six Sigma certification, ASQ membership, or similar. Responsibilities: *** Develop and implement quality systems aimed at improving product performance, production efficiency, and adherence to internal and external requirements. *** Utilize tools including six Sigma protocols to improve process quality, speed, and complexity; Statistical Process Control, FMEA, and PFMEA to ensure processes are monitored and failures are addressed and fixed. *** Set audit strategies including random audits, scheduled internal and external audits, and spot-checks for product quality and defects.
