Quality urance Engineer - (Everett, WA)

The Commercial Infrastructure team is seeking an experienced Quality urance Engineer to take ownership of maintaining a consistent level of high quality within each stage of our development process and pipeline. As part of the web infrastructure pillar, you will be working within a highly effective team of developers and product owners to deliver breakthrough web user experiences and infrastructure optimizations. In your role, you will take the lead on setting quality standards, building and continuously optimizing the QA process to increase code quality and go-to-market execution using QA automation, release management, benchmarking and reporting on performance metrics using daily visual management. We are seeking candidates that are highly collaborative, have demonstrated ability of implementing change to positively influence the outcome, self-starters that kick-off new initiatives with minimal guidance and have the expertise to clearly define and communicate strategies.
