Our Civil Engineering team is looking for a senior level civil engineer to manage civil engineering in our Council Bluffs, IA office. RESPONSIBILITES Leadership, project management and engineering of civil engineering projects Monitor budgets and goals and initiates appropriate action when actual results vary Perform as project manager or project engineer as appropriate on a variety of private and public funded projects Develop and perform marketing strategies and business development plans and duties Develops and maintain client relationships Ensures that the Team has an adequate backlog of work to meet or exceed annual growth and profit goals. REQUIREMENTS Education – BS, Civil Engineering PE in Iowa or expertise to obtain is required Existing client relationships in Iowa municipalities preferred
