The Accounts Receivable Associate under general supervision, contacts customers to obtain payment status and maintains accounts receivable records. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Contacts customers to secure payment on accounts; escalates issues to Specialists * Prepares collection documentation for referral to collection agency * Troubleshoots and resolves customer inquiries regarding invoice payments, charge backs, returns, bad checks, disputes and reconciliations * Troubleshoots and resolves customer accounts
