Staff Accountant - (Miami, FL)

Staff Accountant: Looking for a well-organized Staff Accountant.The Staff Accountant Should come with outstanding communication abilities (Verbal & Written), Multi-lingual (preferred), and able to adapt to any office environment. The Staff Accountant will be working closely with the Controller and Accounting team. The Staff Accountant should come with a positive personality, team oriented, and flexible with work hours when needed. Some responsibilities follow below. * Analyzes journal entries into the accounting system * Responsible for the departments end of month closing process * Responsible for performance of variance analysis of financial statements * Assist with tax and/or financial audits conducted by lenders or compliance authorities * Manages, documents and monitors internal controls related to the financial reporting function * Review work performed by AR/AP.
