Ballard Spahr has an exciting opportunity for an assertive and ambitious Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis. This high profile, hands-on position is responsible for the budget and forecasting process, monthly reporting and variance analysis; in addition to the firm's profitability model, survey data and all ad hoc analysis. The manager has day-to-day responsibility for the performance of the team of financial analysts and the timely and accurate completion of all deliverables. The ideal candidate is analytical and detail oriented with great communication expertise; sound and efficient analytical abilities; and the expertise to set priorities and manage multiple deadlines. The expertise to make sound business recommendations and execute work with the goal of improving department performance and provide timely, accurate and actionable management details is a key aspect of this role.
