Bilingual English/Spanish Sales Director (12574) - (McKinney, TX)

Works with senior management to develop short and longterm strategic goals and is responsible for guiding the planning, organization, and implementation of all marketing, sales and business development programs and activities to support the expansion and grow of the company services and products to achieve the company goals with regards the penetration of the Latino Market. Also provides leadership to the sales personnel through the implementation of effective training programs, regular review of sales activities and effectiveness, and development of programs to improve sales performance. * Support the growth of company initiatives through the development of marketing and sales plans and outlines. Help create and implement the annual Hispanic marketing and sales plan for the organization.
