The Ministry Mechanics are excited to partner with The Ridge Community Church to fill an available Worship Arts Director position. The Ridge CC is a multi-site church of around 1,800 in weekly attendance that is growing quickly and making a big impact on the Milwaukee, WI area and beyond. Technology, excellence, and an amazing culture are all hallmarks of the church. This position is for a high capacity leader who is gifted in both leading worship, has a keen eye for design, can lead teams, and grow within an organization.
