Worship Director - (Elk Grove, CA)

WORSHIP DIRECTOR JOB OVERVIEW Qualifications: A heart for worship and to lead others into worship. Relationship with Jesus Christ and modeling the lifestyle. Experienced, proficient vocal/instrumental worship leader to lead contemporary worship service. 3-five years of ministry and worship leadership background. Prefer B.A. in Worship, Music, Ministry, Creative Arts or similar field. Self-motivated; a team member. Expertise to grow the ministry by recruiting, mentoring, training, shepherding, building up worship teams, developing worship leaders. Responsibilities: Oversee every aspect of the ministry including planning sets (if leading), scheduling teams, shepherding/mentoring teammates, assist in selecting new music; manage Planning Center, ProPresenter Media and Sound. Oversee additional Ministry Coordinators who fall under Worship. Coordinate and oversee Sunday worship service, holidays and special events, coordinating and working closely with the Sr. Pastor.
