Supervisor, Case Workers (UTOWER) - (Miami, FL)

The Supervisor, Case Workers, will provide daily supervision and direction for staff from all departments. The position will direct all activities including: coordination of referrals to staff from medical and ancillary providers, quality and integrity of documentation, planning and implementation of all initiatives mandated by funder, attendance of meetings funder related to outreach, compilation of data and benchmarks, and management of daily issues and activities of the outreach staff. Qualifications: * Bachelors degree * A min of 3 years of background is required.
