Manager, Learning Technology - (Addison, TX)

Our Global HR team partners with our business leaders to attract, retain, and develop Hilton's most important asset, our Teammates. What will I be doing? In the Manager, Learning Technology role, you will be responsible for consulting, leading, and handling the design and development of learning platforms for our Technology teams including but not limited to: Customer Channels, Enterprise Platforms and Products, Software Design, Experience Design, Governance and Architecture. You will also consult and partner with the Human Resources Consulting Group with the learning and development of the Corporate teammates in these respective departments. More specifically, you will: * Be the learning consultant for our technology group, working with clients and learning leadership to define their specific learning solutions for a broader audience in the organization, a targeted audience, or locally for their internal teams.
