Academy of the Sacred Heart Facility Technician Job overview Job Summary: The Facility Technician reports to the Facility Supervisor. The Facility Technician and the Facility Supervisor are responsible for the maintenance, general landscaping, and limited housekeeping of the school. The Facility Technician: performs a variety of skilled duties in 1 or more of the building trades - painting, carpentry, electrical, plumbing - as needed or assigned addresses immediate operational and/or safety concerns maintains grounds in a safe and manicured status assists in set ups for meetings/events on campus maintains assigned areas in a clean, organized status assists skilled trades ensures that tools, materials, and vehicles are maintained in good working order and are available, when needed cleans buildings, as needed or assigned Functional areas reporting directly to the Facility Technician: none. Main responsibilities: Perform skilled duties and complete projects in a safe, efficient manner.
