Clinical Nurse Trainer- Prior Authorization Position Purpose: Responsible for developing and conducting a variety of instructor and virtual led educational trainings for Managed Care clinical RN staff. As a nurse educator, you will utilize adult learning principles, evidence based practices, change management concepts, and assessment of learning techniques to maximize the learning background. Leveraging outstanding communication expertise to collaborative with the organization's leadership to promote the effectiveness and quality of learning background. ** Coordinate educational endeavors across business units within the department ** Develop and administer a universal training curriculum for new employees as well as ongoing training to maintain identified core competencies ** Develop eLearning and instructor led curricula ** Develop webinars, PowerPoint presentations, training manuals, and training alerts ** Evaluate effectiveness of training programs
