An Administrative Assistant (Convention Sales) is responsible for to administratively assist the sales managers in all areas of the sales process, in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. * Prepare rough draft and final proposal for clients, type standard hotel forms (Commission Sheets, Gold Cards, Expense Reports, History Requests) and correspondence to clients (Regret, Thank You, Cancellation and Attrition Letters and answering emails.) Complete turnovers for 50 rooms or more. * Rough draft/Merge contracts and send to Manager to complete and send out. Routing and faxing definite contracts and correspondence to clients and internal departments.
