The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a 1st level supervisor and/or flight chief, providing planning, directing, organizing, and exercising control over non-supervisory employees assigned to the Security Forces Flight. Responsibilities Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of a Security Forces Flight, ensuring that personnel comply with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs. Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Represents the Security Forces Squadron with a variety of installation and functional area organizations. Performs and enforces the full range of police officer duties within the military installation.Travel Required Occasional travel - You may be expected to travel for this position.
