Military Assessment, Monitoring, and Evaluation (AME) Specialist with Security - (Arlington, VA)
Description Military Assessment, Monitoring, and Evaluation (AME) Specialist The Military AME Specialist will work onsite in a Geographic Combatant Command (GCC) headquarters and coordinate with the GCC and the Offices of Security Cooperation (OSCs) in U.S. Embassies to plan, schedule, arrange logistics for, and perform AME activities in nations in the respective AOR and other designated areas, or globally, as needed. AME Specialists will assist in developing and using approved metrics to judge operational capacity and capability improvements in foreign security forces and will serve as subject matter experts (SMEs) in their fields. Experience necessary experience and Skills: * Bachelor's degree and ten years of background or Masters and eight years * Min of 6 yrs military background as a U.S. armed forces officer. * The types of persons needed include: * Army or Marine Corps infantry officer, preferably Special Forces or Marine Raider qualified, preferably with combat background.
