Bright Talent Resources is looking for strong Contract Recruiters to join our team. We represent many clients with various needs and will have both long-term and short-term assignments. If you are a Recruiter looking for some diversity and that next great project, this could be the opportunity for you! As a Contract Recruiter, specific responsibilities will vary per client, but may include, partnering with HR leads and hiring teams to understand their specific hiring needs, recommend new ideas and strategies, as well as implement new processes. You may be responsible for managing the requisition process, conducting a full cycle recruitment process starting with job postings, candidate management within the client s candidate tracking system through their internal interview process to reporting. Sourcing passive applicants and building talent pools and networks via advanced internet sourcing channels and latest techniques may be a priority.
