Large Parts CNC Machinist/Set Up/Programmer - (New Kensington, PA)

Client Summary: Our client is a technology-based custom engineering and manufacturing services provider. They produce prototypes, single parts and small-lot runs. Position assignments: Interpret complex blueprints, including GD&T, to determine sequence of operations in machining larger weldments, larger castings and other large parts Set-up, fixture, program and machine all of the required features on a variety of larger parts on Fanuc controls at the machine tools to specified qualifications and tolerances Safely rig larger parts using pendent-controlled overhead cranes and other assorted lifting equipment Utilize multiple set-ups and accurately perform the machining of larger parts (which include relatively tight tolerances) Perform all preventive maintenance daily, weekly
