Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal - (Milford, CT)

We are partnering with a well established CT firm looking to add a Personal Injury Paralegal in their New Haven area office. This is a great opportunity for someone that is looking for their next opportunity that will provide them long-term stability and growth. This paralegal position completes legal and administrative tasks during the initial case opening phase. Assignments include: * Meet with and speak with clients to obtain case-related details * Timely data entry in the case management system * Gather investigative documentation (police reports, photographs, etc.) * Report insurance claims and aid in property damage resolution * Request and receive accident related medical records and billing statements * Conduct biweekly client calls to obtain treatment status, provide updates, and ensure all necessary case documentation is received * Conduct file reviews to ensure the completion and quality of all case related tasks.
