Duties Duties Summary The primary purpose of this position is to support the Staff Judge Advocate (SJA) and provide acquisition, contract, fiscal, ethics, and civil law advice to the 50th Space Wing (SW) and SAFB tenant units. Responsibilities Serves as principle contract and fiscal law attorney. Provides expert advice and assistance to acquisition officials, Commanders, and staff personnel at all levels of the Federal Government, in all phases of Federal contract law. Serves as principle ethics attorney and provides advice to the wing commander, staff judge advocate and the wing on complex ethics issues affecting the base. Supports the Legal Assistance Program by providing limited legal services, including oral and written work, to entitled beneficiaries in such areas as family, contracts, real estate, landlord-tenant, estate and consumer law.Travel Required Occasional travel - You may be expected to travel for this position.
