Production Associate The Production Associate is responsible for aiding in the audio and visual ministries of New Vision. Employment: Full-time Staff Accountable to: Pastor of Production Team Responsibilities: Schedules, trains and supervises service volunteers. Helps coach, mentor and develop production volunteers. Ensures audio, video and lighting equipment is up-to-date and operational. Works with vendors to maintain and service production equipment. Collaborates with Pastor of Production to ensure ministry reflects the mission and the vision of the church. Shares ownership coordinating special productions. Solicits feedback from production volunteers and develops improvement plans based on feedback. Shares responsibility for, and adheres to, departmental budget. Carry out other duties as assigned.
