* Productive operation of assigned automatic machinery in department * Accurate completion of production paperwork * Rotational assignment to other machinery as directed * Maintaining clean and orderly working atmosphere * Requesting supplies as needed to maintain production * Other responsibilities as required Necessary experience: * Expertise to read, write and do basic math * Proven expertise to maintain acceptable production rates * Expertise to work with minimal supervision * Great communication and cooperation with coworkers and supervisors * Receptiveness to overtime required in department * Receptiveness to cross training and rotational-shift and machine assignments * Acceptable attendance record * Background with high speed production machinery a plus * Proven paperwork accuracy * Average weight required: lifting 50 pounds.
