Program Quality Manager (20134212) - (West Chester, PA)

The Program Quality Manager plans and directs activities of a complex nature to assure that all processes are carried out per defined procedures and standards including but not limited to ISO9001, TL9000 and all customer requirements. This position effectively engage in customers and internal stakeholders to timely response to customer issues and inquiries and lead root cause actions. The Program Quality Manager proactively plans and establishes processes for new program/product launch. Executes and follows through actions that are essential to process and product quality. It reports customer KPI related to quality on regular base to ensure the achievement of customer expectations and drive continuous improvement through training and utilization of effective quality and lean tools. This position will be located in West Chester, PA and report into the Director of Global Programs.
