Tigg's Canteen Services Inc . We are now seeking a Full-Time Production Supervisor at the LaGrange County Correctional facility located in LaGrange, IN. We are seeking applicants that have a strong sense of character & expertise to perform well in a structured environment. United by a passion to serve , we offer the latest innovations in food services, technology, and equipment which allows us to serve approx 600,000 meals a month to inmates and seniors, and we do so at the highest levels of service and integrity. Duties include: Meal preparation and service Cleaning of facilities and equipment Other cook related duties are expected Apportion and serve food to inmates Work is performed alongside inmate workers.
