Job overview: The Director of Community Relations is responsible for achieving max community occupancy by utilizing sales and marketing efforts as well as relationship organizational skills to generate new prospects and convert prospects into residents. This professional position must have the expertise to show empathy, problem solve, and drive business. Education/Training/ Background: Must possess a Bachelor s Degree and 3 (3) to 5 (5) years of sales/marketing background, preferably in senior living or memory care.
