Part-Time Marketing Research istant - Hershey's Chocolate World - (Elizabethtown, PA)

Job Location: Hershey, PA As part of the Guest Background team the Marketing Research istant will work with the Research Analyst to coordinate and conduct research activities including surveys and intercepts with guests at Hershey's Chocolate World to support consumer insights and marketing research for Global THE (The Hershey Background). Marketing Research istants must be comfortable approaching and recruiting guests to participate in research surveys. Surveys are conducted utilizing iPads. Researchers may be required to help visitors navigate through the iPad survey and answer general questions pertaining to Hershey's Chocolate World. This position also requires a focus on exceptional customer service and expects the individual to be: approachable; courteous; knowledgeable about our products; able to clearly communicate with guests and ist them with questions; and able to provide general info to guests with a high level of professionalism.
