Residential Advisor (M-F 10:45p-7:15a) - (Orlando, FL)

Job Purpose: As a Residential Counselor at Aspire Health Partners, your job purpose will be to provide a multitude of key functions to effectively fulfill the duties of the position within the Program. These functions include - but are not limited to - participating in the interdisciplinary team's development of the client's treatment plan, providing support and assistance with all activities to ensure the completion of the client's treatment plan, effectively communicating with those involved with the treatment plan, maintaining clinical records and reports within the required timeframe, participating with residents' in house meetings, completing required trainings and attending staff meetings. Most importantly, all functions must be completed while maintaining high standards of ethical and professional conduct while adhering to agency policies and procedures.
