Job summary We seek motivated and experienced property management professionals to join our team serving our apartment home communities in Starkville, MS The ideal candidates are natural leaders with excellent communication; verbal and written skills as well as superb customer service, leasing and marketing expertise, as well as being well seasoned with affordable housing background. Basic qualifications At least five years Affordable Housing background. Tax Credit Background OneSite Background Must be outgoing and friendly. Attention to detail and expertise to operate independently is necessary. Working with and or the expertise to learn to work with todays technology ie. Email, desk-top, lap-top, IPad, iPhone, tablet etc. and a thorough understanding of Social Media is necessary. Proficiency in computers and property management software required.
