Maintenance Technician - Apartment - (Charleston, SC)

Seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to join Kane Residential, a Raleigh based company with significant growth potential. Technician will be responsible for the overall maintenance and all areas related to the day to day maintenance operations of a portfolio of 450 apartments in the North Hills area of Raleigh Essential duties include but are not limited to: Electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry and painting Repairing and treating structures such as showers, sinks, appliances, doors/cabinets, walls and building exteriors Make ready units for new moveins Knowledge of HVAC systems and be able to maintain, repair and replace HVAC systems Responsible for 24 hour emergency maintenance (pre-scheduled times) Must be available to work some weekends Perform preventative maintenance activities Complete grounds work such as: grounds pick up, sweeping and light landscaping Pool maintenance Coordinate special projects as directed maintenance supervisor or property manager
