About This Position The Division of Environment and Public Health at the University of Miami, Miller School of Medicine's Department of Public Health Sciences is seeking a highly organized and project-oriented Temporary Research Support Coordinator for a new Copeland Foundation funded project to design and implement the Journal of Public Health Student Capstones (JPHSC). The JPHSC will be a new scholarly journal dedicated to the scientific review, publishing and archival of high quality capstone projects completed by undergraduate and graduate public health students. This new project will require strong project management expertise to achieve the following aims during the project period: * Design JPHSC web siteand implement Open Journal System software * Create guidelines for capstone manuscript submissions * Register journal with appropriate international and national entities * Create protocol for manuscript reviews and review criteria * Identify editorial board members * Identify and train manuscript
