Client Services Specialist - (Chantilly, VA)

The Genetics & IVF Institute (GIVF) is seeking a full time Client Services Specialist to work in the call center for the Cryobank division, working with clients to help their dreams of becoming a parent a reality. Candidates should have patience and compassion for clients trying to conceive. The applicant must be self-motivated, dependable, detail oriented and able to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously, including processing orders, responding to patient inquiries, scheduling appointments and multiple daily office duties. Bachelors degree or 2-four years call center background is required. Fluent in Spanish, French or Portuguese is a plus! GIVF offers excellent compensation, a bonus plan, benefits and a positive working environment. Hours are Tuesday through Friday from 9:30 AM to seven PM EST as well as Saturday from 11:30 AM to 3:30 PM EST.
