The perfect applicant has worked as a software engineer on a series of complex projects in a high energy environment, background in mentoring other engineers, assisting as a lead on multiple projects at once and taking projects from beginning to end. Responsibilities Provide consultation and development support services on new and existing projects. Manage a team of engineers of varying degrees of background and talent. Work with project managers to keep projects on time and on budget. Perform general management duties including team one on 1 meetings, employee reviews, and resourcing of teammates. Write clean, maintainable, reusable, reliable, and efficient code; Design robust, scalable, secure features.
